Most popular and well known director associated with thrillers. James Cameron.

James Cameron 











James Cameron, born in August 16th 1954, he is a Canadian film director and first found his success with the science-fiction thriller, The Terminator (1984). Cameron's best known film though is the epic romantic thriller Titanic (1997).

 James has been nominated for 6 Academy Awards overall and won 3, all for Titanic. In Cameron's career, he has grossed approximately $2 billion in North America and $6 billion worldwide, conveying a truly staggeringly successful career.

 Cameron's best known films are as follows:

  • Titanic (1997)
  • The Terminator (1984)
  • Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1991)
  • Avatar (2009)
