Get Carter (1971)
Get Carter is one of the few successful British crime films directed by Mike Hodges starring the brilliant Michael Caine. The film is about a London gangster (Jack carter) played by Caine, travelling back to his home town to discover more links and event surrounding his brothers supposedly-accident death. Understandably suspecting something he further investigates and interrogates the case.
With vengance on his mind, Michael Caine + City with a hardened criminal element = Violent conclusion .
